Rose Making a Comeback On ‘Two and A Half Men’!

Charlie Harper may be gone for good, but not his stalker. It might come as good news to many fans of the show that, Rose is slated to make a comeback in ‘Two and A Half Men’. Although she never had eyes for anyone else but Charlie, she has now decided to set her sights on Walden, as she really can’t stalk Charlie in the place, where he now is. Melanie Lynskey, who plays the character of Rose, for now shall only be returning for two episodes, beginning from Oct 25.

Lynskey who was with the show from its very first year was quoted as saying “I suppose she is never really out of stalker mode. I don’t want her to grow up! I’ve spent most of my career doing independent movies and playing roles that are sort of naturalistic, real women who are struggling. What’s so fun about this job is that I do it a couple of times a year and I get to be this person who exists in a different reality. Just the way she looks at the world is so bizarre. I don’t ever want her to change”.

She also expressed her surprise at the fact that the character of Rose is liked so much fans. “I started as a guest star in the pilot, then they asked me to come back because there was something about Rose that people responded to,” recalls Lynskey. Probably, the makers of the show are trying that very same thing once again. In other words, by bringing back the character of Rose, they probably want to gauge how the audience responds to it.

It could mean that, if the response to her return is more than satisfactory, Walden might get his very own stalker, and it would be the very same one that Charlie had, just like the house and the brother. It would be really interesting if, Walden gets seriously involved with Rose and the two, end up having a long romantic relationship. The fans of the show must also be waiting intently, to see how Alan reacts to Rose’s return.
