big time rush posingThe popular boy band and series on Nickelodeon seems to be the talk of the town as they are showing signs that they are going to be able to continue being a band and a TV show for a while. With the recent reuniting of Backstreet Boys, New Kids on the Block and the Monkey’s, it is quite clear that Big Time Rush is going to be staying on the air for a lot longer then they originally imagined.

Big Time Rush comprises of Carlos Pena, Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson. The boy band made their break years ago back in 2009 and have continued to dominate the airways with their hit singles. This includes an Orlando concert earlier this year. The band mates have all agreed that they are on this ride for as long as they can handle it. Carlos Pena, the oldest in the band at 23-years-old told the Sentinel that “”It’s hard to plan in the long-term in the music business. I’m not sure how far the TV show will go and we are getting pretty old.”

The band has put out fun radio hits that the girls love and have built an elaborate fan base. With the help of the network, Nickelodeon, they were big time rush having funable to continue to do the show. With their success comes the fact that more and more, they are able to push the envelope of what they can do with their music. When the band first started out, the record companies felt that they didn’t stand a chance after following such success from the Jonas Brothers. Now it seems that they are a distant memory as Big Time Rush has a chance to stay for a while.

The network and label have no intentions of letting go these Pop Singers and it is always good to see everything work out for them. With everything going on in the music industry, it is a miracle that they are holding strong. The band is about to kick off a Summer Tour in a few days in Orlando and they have plans to make the concert a good one as they always do. With the many different sounds that bands have, Big Time Rush have a sound of their own as they continue to smash records and show off their wonderful talent! As for Nickelodeon, it would be insane for them to let go of this boy band.
