Miley Cyrus’ Stalker and Attempted Murderer Charged

luis' mugshotThe man who was arrested over the weekend outside Miley Cyrus’ Los Angeles home, reportedly armed with a pair of scissors, was just charged with trespassing and running from police. The Los Angeles City Attorney has reported that Jason Luis Rivera was charged this morning with two misdemeanor counts of trespassing, and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

Police responded to a 911 call early Saturday morning about an intruder. Rivera was then arrested on the property with trespassing charges. Police officers say that Rivera jumped the fence that surrounds Miley’s home and had a pair of scissors in his hands when he was arrested. The police said that Rivera told cops he wanted to see the singer and that was why he had been on her property.

Luckily Miley was not at home when Rivera was arrested. He is still currently in custody waiting to see a judge regarding his charges. I have a miley smiling at vma's hard time with issues like this. Either these people are absolutely crazy, or they’re just plain dumb. Why would anyone in their right mind think they could get away with something like that? It was either a dumb prank that went too far or the man was delusional.

Miley made more headlines that just that also. She was reportedly a suspect in a criminal battery case that took place Saturday night inside a Hollywood nightclub/theater. The victim filed the police report Sunday Morning with the Los Angeles Police Department and claimed that he and friends were sitting behind Miley and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel. Apparently things got a bit loud and that’s when it got heated.

The victim claims that Liam got up into his face and Miley got in the middle to break up the fight, but not before she ended up shoving the victim and hitting him in the face. There were no visible injuries. A witness stated that he had seen the argument but that Miley never threw a punch.

A rep for Miley says that the entire claim is completely false. There are numerous mistakes with the story. What I don’t understand though, is if the entire story is false, then why would the victim need to file any kind of police report?

Also, this wouldn’t be a Miley No BS Zone article without paying homage to her hair. Like, OMG, I still can’t believe that cut it!
