‘Enquirer’ Calls Maculay Culkin A Drug Addict

Submitted by on August 2, 2012 – 8:03 pm Comments

The National Enquirer recently reported that Macaulay Culkin is addicted to the painkiller oxycodone and heroin. Another tabloid claims that Culkin is also a fan of Percocet and Vicodin. They have said that Culkin spends nearly $6,000 a month on his drug habit and that he recently had a severe overdose. The article shows Macaulay looking like nothing but skin and bones. So, it’s not a huge stretch of the imagination to think that the former child-star has SOMETHING going on. But we’re not claiming to know what that is.

According to the report, Culkin has been addicted for over a year and a half. The article also contradicts this statement with by claiming that his addiction is a result of heartbreak over his break up with Mila Kunis, who is currently dating her former co-star, Ashton Kutcher.

He is surrounding himself with junkies and lowlifes and has reached the point where he needs serious help for his addiction. The article even says that Culkin has only 6 months left to live. Even if the star did have only 6 months left to live, I highly doubt he would confide in anyone who would sell the news to the National Enquirer of all people.

Macaulay’s rep has that these accusations are nothing more than that. Accusations. He said that the reports that Culkin is addicted to hallucinogens and painkillers are “impossibly and ridiculously fictitious.”  The rep has asked for us to “consider the source and its reputation” and also to “not perpetuate this destructive and insulting story by pursuing it any further.”

Well, Macaulay, you have nothing to worry about here. When did people start taking the National Enquirer seriously? No really? I thought this was something we all learn at a very young age, standing in line with our mom’s at the grocery store, getting excited over the claims that Unicorns and Sasquatch are real. Our mother’s promptly told us that hardly a word in that magazine was truth, and to just ignore it. We all know what the National Enquirer is like. It’s like that one friend we all had in high school who would make up crap just to cause drama and get a reaction from people. The National Enquirer is that douche-y friend.

This is the “No BS Zone” after all. Just because you see a picture of a scary skinny star, it does not mean they’re dying, drug addicts, or whatever other bull crap you make up. It means they are too skinny. Do not claim to know the cause! Then you CAUSE lots of drama and it is not worth it. We just hope Macaulay stays healthy. And don’t worry Culkin. We know the Enquirer is full of BS.
