“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Star Taylor Armstrong To Be Evicted

Submitted by on October 3, 2012 – 11:00 am Comments

Taylor Armstrong is facing eviction from her home or rather her L.A mansion to be precise. Turns out, the owners of the mansion want to sell it, and therefore want Armstrong to make herself, scarce. Taylor has been the resident of Holmby Hills since 2008, when she rented this 4,800 sq. ft mansion. The home as its turns out, has been featured prominently on many an episode of “Real Housewives”. But, this did not stop her landlord from giving her a call, in order to inform her that, the owners want to sell off the property.

She by now must have surely formed an attachment to this stately home, and therefore this call from her landlord possibly wouldn’t have made her very happy. As far as the owners are concerned, you can’t really blame them, as they might get a really good deal on the property, which was listed for $3.7 million just last week. The property must be all the more in demand thanks to the publicity it received, as a result of being featured on Armstrong’s show many a times. If the owners manage to sell the property at their asking price, they would be making a tidy profit on the house, as they had purchased it for around $1.6 million in 2006.

Fetching more than double in 6 years time is a great return on investment, considering the slump in the economy. Armstrong on her part has been informed that she was a great tenant, but just that the owners were looking out for their best interests. Armstrong has been quoted as saying, “It’s been a fabulous home for my family, and I’m looking forward to something new and stunning for [my daughter] and me”.

Well, she seems to be taking the eviction notice in the right spirit and would probably be able find an even better place than the one she is leaving. Also, it has been reported that, Armstrong doesn’t really plan to move to any other place, until the owners actually sell the house. This would also give her some time to scout for an appropriate property.
