Lady GaGa All Set TO Launch Her Own Water Brand

Submitted by on October 18, 2012 – 1:00 pm Comments

Seems like Lady GaGa and her team are convinced that, whatever they package in a bottle and put GaGa’s name on, shall end up selling in millions.  They might be on to something here, a recent proof of this is the fact that her first perfume ‘Fame’ which she launched with a high-profile party at the Guggenheim Museum in New York recently, reportedly sold 6 million bottles in its first week. Which should give you some idea of the GaGa mania that has gripped the world.

Therefore Haus of GaGa, the star’s creative team, has decided to go a step further and this time package water in a bottle with GaGa’s name on it. One could argue that, it’s taking things to an obsessive level, but when you are a fan you certainly don’t feel that way. A GaGa fan would probably want to eat GaGa, drink GaGa and live GaGa hence the packaged drinking water is a logical beginning.

The singer will release her own “healthy drinking water brand” that will be supported by a multimillion-dollar global advertising campaign, the New York Daily News has reported. “GaGa has been at the center of a lot of attention over her weight increase. Losing her weight in such a short time and launching a healthy water drink may be part of a plan” a source revealed. Trying to pin logic to this whole thing is a bit of a stretch one would say. Especially when you try to convince people to buy water, by telling them how healthy it is. Her team has managed to smartly link the GaGa drinking water brand, with her struggles to lose weight, as if hinting that it was this very water that aided the weight-loss.

“We know that the water drink is due out in the near future,” revealed an insider. “No-one has seen prototypes of the bottle” the insider added; which means things are still pretty hush-hush. One thing is for sure, besides the water being extremely “healthy” the packaging too would be something that would surely turn heads. After all, when you are trying to sell water and that too at a premium, the least you can do is make it look presentable.
