Kris Humphries Gave Me Herpes!

Kris Humphries is being sued for allegedly giving someone herpes. In a suit filed today in Santa Monica, California a women named Kayla Goldberg accuses Humphries of giving her herpes after they had sex several times one night a portion of which time was without protection. According to TMZ Kayla Goldberg and Kris Humphries met at a café called The Newsroom on Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles, after which the two hit it off swapped numbers and then later on that evening met up at a night club. After spending time at the night club the two went back to Humphries hotel, one thing lead to another and a week later Goldberg was diagnosed with herpes after going in a sore throat, fever, body aches and immobilizing pain, as well as extreme vaginal irritation and painful lesions on her genitalia.

Kayla Goldberg is suing for sexual battery, violation of California Health and Safety Code 120290, negligent transmission of a venereal disease, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, fraud in concealment, and fraud misrepresentation, and is suing for undisclosed damages because Kris Humphries did not tell her that he had herpes.

Kayla Goldberg is also suing 4 other “Jane Does” involved who also did not disclose that they had herpes. She stated that knowing that Humphries had herpes she would not have done anything with him. She is embarrassed and upset that she is having to go through this, and has been robbed of her ability to have a healthy sex life because Kris Humphries failed to tell her that he had herpes. In the state of California it is a misdemeanor if you have a contagious venereal disease like herpes. Kayla Goldberg is also demanding a trial by jury, so this is going to be a very public case.
