For Paparazzo’s Funeral Charlie Sheen Gives $12k

Charlie Sheen We all know that Charlie Sheen has a craziness about him that is undeniable, but underneath that craziness the chap does have a heart. He has shown that on a few occasions in the past and most recently he even helped Lindsay Lohan by giving her some money, in order to help her with her tax issues. Now here is another example of his generosity. Turns out, Sheen paid $12k to cover a part of the funeral expenses of the paparazzo who, died recently, while taking pictures of Justin Beiber’s car.

Reportedly, Sheen is close pals with a guy who is a friend of Guerra, the deceased paparazzo. It was this close pal who informed Charlie that Guerra’s family was having problems covering the cost of his funeral and hence Charlie decided to show this generosity. It is true what they say; the happiness that you get from spending money and buying material things is far less than the happiness you get when you spend your money, to help someone out. Also, the latter is much more satisfying. Charlie has possibly stumbled upon this secret for true happiness. Besides, when you have millions of dollars in the bank, what is the harm in sharing your good fortune with the ones who are less fortunate?

When this act of generosity came to light Charlie was contacted and asked about the issue. He was then quoted as saying “A tragic dead paparazzoincident like this erases the line between the photographer and the subject. It’s an unforgiving moment that begs us all to be human and work as one to prevent this in the future”. It seems like the guy can talk sense when he really wants to. Other celebs can probably take a page from Charlie’s book.

Beiber for example could have also come forward and helped out the paparazzo’s family, after all he had some involvement in the whole issue and was possibly one of the first few to know about his death. Sheen on his part was also quoted as saying “As parents, we are all not supposed to bury our children. My deepest condolences to the families involved”. Charlie is absolutely right, as it’s difficult to imagine what must be going through the hearts and minds of the parents and family members of the paparazzo, who died at a pretty young age.
