Famous Composer Marvin Hamlisch Dead

The scene is all too familiar with losing famous people. Famous composer Marvin Hamlisch died of lung failure. Marvin composed two of the most popular music including “The Way We Were” and “The Sting”. The Oscar and academy award winning composer did not come as a shock to anyone.

He announced he was suffering from respiratory distress, lack of oxygen to his brain, and high blood pressure. Marvin had lived a long and healthy life with succeeding in some of the best composing music in years. A source says Barbara Streisand was a good friend of Marvin’s and was very shocked with the loss. “I’m devastated. He was my dear friend. He’s been in my life ever since the first day I met him in 1963, when he was my rehearsal pianist for “Funny Girl” says Streisand. Marvin was seen as a joy to be around, but he also donated his time and energy to various charities to support woman and other health related issues.

Marvin also helped some of the most famous musicians and song writers such as Aretha Franklin, Alan and Marilyn Bergman, and Diane Warren. Marvin made the Broadway shows stand out from his music and composing. Now many wonder what will come of the shows and who can deliver such great ways of composing like he did. Marvin definitely earned his place within the music industry and composing. He brought a new sound to symphony orchestra, the music industry, and the movie industry.

Marvin participated in various activities within his career to gain endless amounts of famous friends. Marvin showed he was brilliant in everything he did; in fact he was accepted into pre-college before he was seven years old in New York City. His first appearance in the public was a hit. From there he knew what he wanted and how easy it would be for him to become on the most successful composers and musicians today.  He showed endless capabilities and only got better over the years. The more music he made the stronger his will was to gain more respect from people. He wanted every person to be a fan of his because knowing that he made people happy was his passion. Many musicians feed off people and how much they love their music. For Marvin it meant more than that, and he showed it with every job he did. Thanks Marvin for helping many people accomplish more and for donating your time to music.
