eStamp: Pay a Penny to Pass the Spam Filter

Yahoo and AOL just announced an eStamp service. Senders will be able to pay $.01 to automatically skip the spam filter, guaranteeing delivery. If this technology is widely adopted, it will make sending spam cost prohibitive. Who would pay $10,000 to send a million messages? Not a spammer.
